In October of 2019, President Russell M. Nelson addressed the women of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

He said, “The heavens are just as open to women who are endowed with God’s power flowing from their priesthood covenants as they are to men who bear the priesthood. I pray that truth will register upon each of your hearts because I believe it will change your life. Sisters, you have the right to draw liberally upon the Savior’s power to help your family and others you love.”

At Love Pray Teach, we know that women and mothers have a unique responsibility to love and nurture children in gospel learning.

We also know that you have never felt busier with many working from home now and even homeschooling. You give so much to others and you don’t always have much time to take care of yourself.

We can’t take care of the meal planning, carpooling, or homework. But we can help you prepare engaging lessons based closely on the Come, Follow Me curriculum.

Whether you’re teaching Primary, Sunday School, the Youth, Relief Society, or Family Home Evening, we have beautifully-designed materials to make your lesson memorable and fun.

Our Promise

Our goal is to make it easier for you to teach your family. Let us do the hard work and you can focus on teaching your children, not spending hours coming up with activities, coloring pages, or object lessons on your own. 

Maybe you have daily devotionals during breakfast or at the dinner table—whatever works best for your family! We know that no matter your situation, you can be consistent and successful in teaching The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Megan Hanson: Owner + Designer

I am the owner and founder of Love Pray Teach. I have always been one of those people that had to have handouts and object lessons every time I taught! I love to share my ideas with others! When I found my passion in graphic design, I quickly learned that I could merge my love of hands on gospel learning with graphic design. I sold my designs to a website for about 5 years before I started my own business. Love Pray Teach was born in 2017!  (If you'd like to hear how we began, I invite you to go to our Instagram Highlights and watch the "About Us" stories.) I have 4 children, 2 sons-in-law, one granddaughter, and the most incredibly supportive husband you'll ever meet! I grew up in Idaho, lived in Utah for 10 years, and now we're in sunny Arizona!

Bekah Sien: Social Media Manager

Bekah loves working for Love Pray Teach and using & sharing all the incredible resources our team of women create for you!  She loves being a wife and Mom, Jesus, good food, hiking, and paddle boarding.

Stefanie Hunter: Designer

Stefanie and Megan have been friends since Junior High! Stefanie has been designing lesson helps for 10 years. She began by creating Youth Sunday School lesson packets and is now creating our amazing Come, Follow Me Family lesson packets. Stefanie has 4 children that keep her very active being a "sports" mom! She is currently serving in her Stake Young Women's presidency and loves the opportunity to work with the youth in her area.

Madison Emann: Designer

Madison has been with us for 7 years! She designs all of our Primary Younger Children lessons and helps with various other parts of the website. Madison and her husband Brandon have three beautiful children! She served as a missionary in the Oklahoma Tulsa Mission where she met Brandon. She LOVES designing gospel centered activities for young children, and is so grateful to be able to stay home with her children! 

Erin Mordecai: Administrator

Erin is our spreadsheet wizard! She works on all the not-so fun business "stuff" so the designers can focus on creating new designs. We couldn't do this without Erin!  Erin is a wife of 30 years, mother to 4 beautiful children, mother-in-law to 1 amazing addition to their family and most importantly Grandma to the 7 best grandchildren ever.  They recently moved into a new Ward that has over 700 members, and she was called into the Primary Presidency. She's feels so excited to get to work with the children in her new Ward!

Joan Orchard: Designer 

Joan is our Young Women and Youth Sunday School designer and does an amazing job! She lives in Maryland with her husband and two exceptional children. Joan has a B.A. in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University-Idaho, but life led her to graphic design over 15 years ago and we are so happy it did!  With her experience in Education and digital design, she has the unique mix of experiences that is needed to work for us. She loves to learn and is constantly trying new techniques. Many of her packets include her own illustrations. When she's not designing, she enjoys reading, being as silly as possible with her family, being a grammar and geography nerd, and watching too many BBC television shows. We are very lucky to have Joan join us at Love Pray Teach! You may have seen her adorable shop at BitsyCreations!

Rhonda Shelton: Designer

A lover of art and teaching, Rhonda designs and writes our Relief Society General Conference lesson helps! She is happily married to her husband, Jared, and together they are raising 5 great kids. She has degrees in Clothing and Textiles and Family and Consumer Sciences Education and loves to teach the things that bring her joy - happy families, home management systems, bullet journaling, sewing, fabric and fashion design, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. She taught high school for a few years before staying home full time with her family. Rhonda started with us with a strong desire to learn how to transfer her art and teaching skills to an online platform. She has surpassed our expectations!
